- while we make every effort to ensure delivery within the stated time, due to the possibility of circumstances beyond out control, delivery timings are estimates only

We operate this site for the purpose of promoting and selling the products and services supplied by us. ORDERS
Your order constitutes an offer to enter a contract and accordingly a contract only arises between you and My Flair Lady Gifts when My Flair Lady Gifts accepts your offer by confirming the order. No contract between you and My Flair Lady Gifts confers any rights on third parties.
Payment for orders must be made at the point of sale, and not at the point of despatch. All prices quoted include VAT at the existing rate and are given in pounds sterling.
By making a purchase, you specifically authorise My Flair Lady Gifts to submit information to the relevant third party for credit card authorisation. All cardholders will be checked for validation and authorisation by the issuing credit card or bank. If your card issuer declines authorisation for any reason, My Flair Lady Gifts cannot be held liable for any delay in despatch or for non-delivery. Please supply us with a telephone number and/or email address so that we can reach you if there is a problem with your order.
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any consequential losses arising from our negligence or breach of contract will be limited to the value of the products sold under the contract in question.
PRICES & ORDERS
My Flair Lady Gifts regularly reviews all prices on the website. All prices are subject to change without prior notice. However, the customer will only pay the price of goods at the time of purchase. We do not accept liability for any inaccuracies, commissions or errors in our product descriptions, including pictures, information and prices.
If an order has been placed which contains products that are currently unavailable, a full refund of the product will be processed. The refunded amount will appear back into the account you initially paid with, please allow up to 5 working days for the transaction to appear. My Flair Lady Gifts are not responsible for any discrepancies regarding the processing of a refund.
My Flair Lady Gifts is a small, independent retailer, therefore all our products are subject to availability. Any order requests are accepted at our sole discretion whilst we also maintain the right to decline orders without explanation.
The security of your financial information is very important to us. All of our online payments will be processed through our secure payment service provider Stripe to ensure the highest possible level of security and fraud protection available for all of our customers. Our website uses SSL (Secure Socket Layer) in order to encrypt sensitive information during the payment process. We currently accept all of the major credit & debit cards.
All prices on www.myflairlady.co.uk are quoted in pounds sterling (£) and where appropriate are inclusive of UK sales tax (VAT).
CANCELLATION OF ORDER

WITHDRAWAL OF PRODUCTS
We reserve the right to remove or edit any products, materials, content or prices online at any time. We may refuse to process a transaction for any reason at our sole discretion.

All items are subject to availability. We will inform you as soon as possible if the goods you have ordered are not available.
